West Sussex murder arrests after man dies in hospital

Three men have been arrested on suspicion of murder following the death of a man in hospital.

The 47-year-old was found seriously injured on land along Marlpit Lane, near Woodmancote, on Saturday.

He was taken to Southampton General Hospital but died on Monday. Sussex Police launched an investigation after his death was deemed suspicious.

Three men, two aged 20 and another aged 22, were arrested on Wednesday, officers said.
