A34 roadworks in Oxford cause hours-long traffic chaos
BBCBridge repair roadworks have been causing hours of delays on roads around Oxford.
The Botley Interchange and A420 Botley Road were closed last night due to repair works on the A34 dual carriageway.
A commuter told BBC Radio Oxford he had been stuck in his car for more than two hours on the A420 earlier.
Congestion has affected the Northern, Western and Eastern Bypass roads in and out of Oxford throughout the day.
National Highways said it regularly publishes up-to-date information about maintenance works.
