Liverpool woman found guilty of stabbing boyfriend to death
Police handoutA woman has been convicted of murdering her partner by stabbing him in a "vicious and calculated" attack.
Kasey Anderson, 24, was stabbed in the chest and leg at a house on Carr Lane East, Croxteth, Liverpool, on 12 March, Merseyside Police said.
He died in hospital on 31 March.
Natalie Bennett, 47, who denied murder but was found guilty by a jury at Liverpool Crown Court, is due to be sentenced on 10 November.
Bennett, formerly of Carr Lane East, Croxteth, used a knife to stab Mr Anderson following a domestic incident, police said.
Det Insp Ben Wayment said: "This was a vicious and calculated attack by Bennett that sadly resulted in the death of a young man.
"Our thoughts remain with Kasey's family at this time and we hope this conviction brings them some comfort."
