Leicester: Man killed in Narborough Road stabbing named by police
Leicestershire PoliceA man who was stabbed to death in Leicester has been named by police as 50-year-old Junior Osborne.
Leicestershire Police said officers were called to Narborough Road at 21:45 BST on Wednesday to a report of a man in a life-threatening condition.
Mr Osborne was taken to hospital for treatment but later died from a stab wound injury.
Four teenagers - aged between 18 and 16 - have been arrested on suspicion of murder and remain in police custody.
Leicester Media OnlineIn a statement, Mr Osborne's family said: "Junior was a beloved brother, dad and husband.
"We're still coming to terms with our loss and ask for privacy so that we can grieve in peace."
Leicestershire Police have urged anyone with information that can help with the investigation to get in contact with them.
A dedicated major incident portal has been set up by the force.
