Ultra-marathon runner Julia Davis runs Kullamannen, Sweden
BBCA 37-year-old woman is preparing to run a 100km (62 mile) ultra-marathon across Swedish mountains.
Julia Davis, from Cornwall, represented Great Britain at the UTMB World Series 100km race in Austria in June.
She started long-distance trail running five years ago and said her goals had "grown and grown" since.
Ms Davis, who has a two-year-old son, will take part in the Kullamannen event on 3 November, which starts late in the evening and continues overnight.
On training she said: "I try to find as many hills as I can, as much varied terrain as I can.
"I realised I loved it and actually like running long... I love just seeing what new things I can push into."
The Kullamannen is a race set along the rocky shores of Sweden's Kullaberg.
"It'll all be by head torch - I probably won't get to see that much but I'm just really excited," she said.
Of her son, she added: "To see his mum achieving in a sport I think isn't super common, so I want to inspire him."
Professional runner Ms Davis got into ultra running in the first place several years ago when she ran a marathon raising money for a hospice her grandad was in.
