Plans to build 24 council homes in Low Hill approved

BM3 ArchitectsPlans to build multiple council homes in Wolverhampton have been approved.
The development at the rear of Old Fallings Crescent in Low Hill includes 24 homes.
The detached houses, bungalows and flats designed by BM3 Architects are to have electric vehicle charging points and solar panels.
Work is set to start in summer 2024 with completion in autumn 2025, City of Wolverhampton Council has said.
Two, four and five-bedroom homes are included in the scheme.
Councillor Steve Evans said the development would help address the need for homes in Low Hill.
