Taxi fares increase by 4.5% in Guernsey

The maximum taxi fares in Guernsey have risen by an average of just over 4.5%.

The States of Guernsey confirmed the increase applied to all tariffs and also took into consideration taxi operating costs and average earnings.

Taxi fares were last increased in April 2022 due to the increase in fuel costs.

The minimum charge for all tariffs remains unchanged.
