Second man charged over death at house in Whitburn

A second man has been arrested and charged in connection with the death of a man in West Lothian last year.

Grzegorz Bialy, 56, was found dead at the house on Gilchrist Crescent in Whitburn on 19 December after Police Scotland responded to reports of concern for a person.

Rafal Niewojt, 48, was charged with murder at Livingston Sheriff Court three days later, but made no plea.

A 43-year-old man has now also been charged over the death and is due to appear at the same court on Monday.
