Police seized 10 vehicles from one street in Wolverhampton in a mass crackdown on abandoned vehicles.

The untaxed cars and vans were recovered over the weekend from an industrial street in the All Saints area that had been "creating issues for the local business owners and residents", police have said.

To spot an abandoned vehicle, West Midlands Police has warned the public to look out for visible damage that may suggest a crash or signs it has been stolen.

"Abandoned vehicles can cause a nuisance by obstructing roads, traffic and pedestrians," a spokesperson for the force said.
