A man has pleaded not guilty to offences including sexual assault and voyeurism.

Henry Stokes, of Shifnal, Shropshire, also denied assault occasioning actual bodily harm and controlling and coercive behaviour in an intimate or family relationship at Shrewsbury Crown Court on Monday.

The 27-year-old was previously charged with two counts of rape but these have since been dropped, West Mercia Police confirmed.

He was remanded in custody and will next appear at the same court on 22 May before the start of his trial on 13 July.
