Second man arrested after double stabbing

A second arrest has been made in connection with the stabbing of two men in Long Eaton.

Officers were called to Lynden Avenue at 08:50 GMT on Monday, where two men were found with stab wounds. One was taken to hospital while the other suffered only minor injuries.

A man in his 20s was arrested on suspicion of affray on the same day and has since been released on bail.

Derbyshire Police said another man, in his 30s, had also been arrested on suspicion of affray and remained in custody.

A force spokesperson said inquiries were "ongoing".
