Ross, 81, who first made her name as a member of The Supremes before going solo in 1970, enjoyed a stellar career with hits including Upside Down, My Old Piano and Chain Reaction.
Raye is featured as the Saturday headline act, with the award-winning singer-songwriter having previously performed at Brighton Pride in 2018 and 2022.
Her debut album, My 21st Century Blues, reached number two in the UK Album Charts while her second album, This Music May Contain Hope, is due to be released next month.
