Police tackle anti-social behaviour around shops
BBCA dispersal order has been put in place following reports of increased anti-social behaviour in a city.
Cleveland Police officers will be able to ask anyone in large groups to leave the area around Vaughan shops in Netherfields, Middlesbrough, until 22:00 BST on Tuesday.
It applies to any public place within Fulbeck Road, Sedgebrook Gardens, Stapleford Road, Midville Walk, Burwell Road, Althorpe Close and Cargo Fleet Lane.
The force has imposed the order twice before this year, on the same area.
Cleveland Police Officers will be patrolling and anyone suspected of being involved in anti-social behaviour will be asked to leave the area.
If they return, they could be arrested for breaching the order.

The same order was implemented on the weekend of the 22 March.
Speaking at the time, Insp Steven Pattison from Cleveland Police said: “We are listening to concerns raised by the community and we are working closely with our partner agencies, including housing and the local council, as well as parents, to try to address the behaviour, as we know policing alone cannot solve the issue."
