De La Soul to perform at Love Supreme

De La Soul are among the performers announced for the East Sussex jazz festival

Hip-hop group De La Soul will headline at the Love Supreme Jazz Festival, organisers have announced.

They are set to perform on the Sunday, joining more than 40 other performers at Glynde Place on the South Downs in East Sussex between 3 - 5 July.

UK hip-hop artist Loyle Carner will deliver the headline performance on Saturday.

For the first time, Love Supreme will feature three full days of main stage programming.

Brit Award winners Ezra Collective will open the event on the Friday.

They are no strangers to the festival as they first performed there as an emerging act in 2016.

Other acts completing the line-up include British saxophonist Courtney Pine, Sister Sledge, Gabrielle, The Temptations & The Four Tops, Jalen Ngonda, and The War and Treaty.
