Second man charged in connection with Haddington death

A second man has been arrested and charged in connection with the death of a man in Haddington last month.

Officers attended a property in the town's Carlyle Gardens on Tuesday 10 February. A 54-year-old man was taken to hospital, where he died just over a week later.

The 61-year-old man is due to appear at Edinburgh Sheriff Court on Thursday.

A 41-year-old man has previously been arrested and charged in connection with the death. He appeared in court on Wednesday 25 February.
