Left or right? Signs to the same place changed

Confused motorists have a clearer drive after one of two road signs next to each other - pointing different directions but to the same location - was removed.

The signs in Swindon, pointing both left and right in Tadpole Garden Village, were both for the Blunsdon area of the town and the A419.

People can get to them using either direction. Swindon Borough Council has told the BBC they were put up by a developer.

"We have however, asked that the developer takes down one of the signs so it is not confusing for motorists," the council added.
