Briton dies following motorbike crash in Thailand
Kieron DugganA 23-year-old British man has died nearly three weeks after a motorbike collision on Koh Samui, Thailand, left him in a coma.
Tiger Duggan, who was originally from Milton Keynes but had been living in Australia with his brother, had been receiving treatment at MedPark Hospital in Bangkok.
He had been travelling with a friend as part of his birthday celebrations when on 1 February he was knocked from his bike while overtaking a car.
His family wrote in a tribute: "Our beautiful soft skinned, beautiful long eye lashed boy with a cheeky charming infectious smile that touched everyone's hearts left this dimension early this morning in my arms."
Kieron DugganAfter initially being treated at a hospital in Koh Samui he was later transported to the hospital in Bangkok to receive specialist treatment.
More than £200,000 had been raised in an online fundraiser to support his recovery.
The online fundraiser was set up by friends of Tiger's family, who wanted to support them as they spent time at his bed side.
An update posted on the fundraising page said: "We want to thank everyone that has supported us in Tiger's journey from prayers, messages and donations.
"Without those donations Tiger would not have reached his final destination where following his passing this morning in a selfless act has given three maybe four other people a second chance at life by donating his organs.
"We have had 19 days of living a nightmare, please now respect our peace and privacy."
