Trains delayed following signalling problems

Trains from Bedford have been delayed or cancelled

Train users are being warned of disruption and cancellations following a signalling issue.

National Rail said a signalling problem between Bedford, Nuneaton and Leicester will see trains to London, Stansted and Cambridge delayed by up to 35 minutes. or cancelled.

The disruption to East Midlands Railway and Cross Country services is expected to continue until 14:00 BST with some trains not stopping at certain stations.

Tickets can be used on alternative services, National Rail said on its website.
