Officers said they had issued the order for the period between 11:30 GMT on Saturday until 23:30 on Sunday.
According to the force, the order gives officers powers to direct people to leave an area for up to 48 hours if they suspect they are contributing to disorder or crime.
Surrey Police force spokesperson said officers will be on foot patrol in the town centre "with the view to reduce anti social behaviour and prevent crime from happening".
