Man sought over sexual assault on District Line
British Transport PolicePolice have released an image of a man they want to talk to after a woman was sexually assaulted on a Tube train in central London.
The assault happened on a District Line train near Cannon Street Underground station just before 20:00 GMT on 15 December.
British Transport Police said a man sat next to the woman and sexually assaulted her, and when she twice moved seats to get away from him, he followed her both times before sitting next to her once more.
Anyone who recognises the man is asked to contact the force by texting 61016, or by calling 0800 40 50 40, or can contact Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
