'I had to downgrade my personality for Traitors'

One of the breakout stars from The Traitors said he felt he had to "downgrade" his personality to stay in the show.
Adam Waughman, 35, who is a builder and ghost hunter from Essex, believed as a faithful he should have spoken up and "put it [suspicion] on a couple of people more".
He said he was normally very "outspoken and opinionated" but should have "come out my shell a little bit earlier" so he could have made it to the end.
He said he was resigned to have reached episode eight on Thursday, before he was murdered by the Traitors, which means he can now concentrate on ghost hunting and spending time with his family.
BBC/Studio Lambert/Euan Cherry"I tried my best," he said.
"Maybe I should have come out a little bit more outspoken, and put it on a couple more people so I didn't get murdered.
"I'm opinionated, I'm a centre of attention sort of bloke, but the only way I could be a faithful was to downgrade myself and be quiet, so it was so hard to hold my tongue.
"I knew if I just let go and was just Adam completely I wouldn't make it as far as I did.
"I thought between episode six and episode eight, I'm going to start coming me shell - I left it a little bit too late," he added.

"I was there helping the ladies across the river with a rope and he was there nicking a shield behind our back.
"I don't blame him, we're still very good friends, but it did sort of put a speed bump in the road for me and knocked me off course."
The builder said his job made him look at the show's location, a "beautiful" Scottish castle, a little bit differently.
"I was telling people what sort of brick it was and how it was built.
"The thing is they don't build buildings like that anymore.
"I would love to build a building like that, but I can't."
Cody Burridge/BBC/Studio LambertWaughman was now supporting fellow "Essex Boy" Jack alongside James who he said had played "a good game".
"They've got to banish Rachel and I think Stephen will crumble being on his own and trying to recruit.
"I was watching her from a distance and obviously I didn't get a chance to bring it out," he said.
The Traitors continues on BBC One and iPlayer on 21 January at 20:00 GMT
