Two men injured in gunshot incident

A 48-year-old man has been taken to hospital with bullet wounds after shots were fired in Birmingham on Wednesday.

Another man, who attended hospital with a fractured skull, was believed to have been injured in the same incident, police said.

The West Midlands force said it was called to an address on Clapgate Lane, Bartley Green, at about 17:40 BST.

A review of CCTV was under way, added police, urging anyone with information to contact them.
