Family handoutPolice investigating the hit-and-run death of a North Yorkshire teenager have released CCTV images of two vehicles they wish to "urgently trace".
Bailey Chadwick, 19, died on the B6265 between Pateley Bridge and nearby Glasshouses in the early hours of 20 July after working a shift at a local pub.
North Yorkshire Police said the pictured vehicles are believed to have travelled through the area on the night of the incident.
Officers said there was "no indication" that the cars were involved in the fatal collision, but added that the drivers "may have seen something of relevance".
A 24-year-old man was arrested in late July on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving and later bailed.
North Yorkshire PoliceThe blue and black cars were seen on camera passing through the village of Wilsill on the B6165 traveling west towards Pateley Bridge at 02:43 BST, police said.
They then continued onto Ripon Road two minutes later, before travelling onto High Street and then turning right onto Low Wath Road.
One of the vehicles was then seen to return via the same route, starting at Low Wath Road at 02:53 and passing through Wilsill three minutes later, according to the force.
