Victim identfied in drowning murder inquiry
Thames Valley PoliceA woman whose death sparked a murder inquiry has been named by police as Jennifer Symonds.
Officers were called to Phyllis Court Drive, Henley-on-Thames, at about 07:50 GMT on Friday, where they found the 44-year-old, who was from the town.
Post-mortem tests showed she had drowned.
Nelio Gouveia, 44, of Phyllis Court Drive, has been charged with her murder and is due to appear at Oxford Crown Court on Wednesday.
Thames Valley Police said Symonds' next of kin were being supported by specially trained officers.
