Friendly Fires, Big Special and The Herbaliser and Cast are amongst the first wave of headliners announced for Valley Fest 2026.

The family-friendly festival, which had a fallow year in 2025, takes place on a farm in Chew Magna, near Bristol. This year it is being held from 30 July to 2 August.

Beans on Toast, Fisherman's Friends, The Bluetones, Channel One Sound System, Doreen Doreen and The Beatles Dub Club have also been announced in the line-up.

The music and food festival, which was founded by Luke Hasell in 2014, is held next to Chew Valley Lake and focuses on local talent.

Food and wellbeing are also big draws to the festival, with chefs including Toby Gritten and Josh Eggleton in attendance.

A mobile food education unit – Eggleton's Pony Bus - will be giving hands-on workshops and sessions designed to engage children and adults in the story behind their food, along with arts and crafts on offer for children throughout the festival.

Hasell said: "Valley Fest has always been more than a music festival. It's a gathering rooted in the land, in community and in joy.

"We're proud to be welcoming such a dynamic mix of artists, chefs, collectives and families back to the farm again this summer - and we're only just getting started."

Wellness leaders and more artists are set to be announced.
