Scissor Sisters and Keating join Lytham line-up

The final line-up as been announced for the 15th annual Lytham Festival, which returns this summer, running from 1-5 July.

Ronan Keating and Appleton will support five-time Grammy Award-winner Michael Bublé on Friday night, with Scissor Sisters opening for '80s electronic duo Pet Shop Boys on Saturday.

US singer and Grammy nominee Teddy Swims is also set to perform at the event, which first began in 2009, as well as rapper and actor Pitbull who will headline the final night.

Alanis Morissette, who had to cancel her headline appearance at the festival last year due to weather conditions, will also perform at the event which is held on Lytham Green on the Fylde coast.

Lytham Festival co-founder, Peter Taylor, promised an "amazing" festival.

"Scissor Sisters are such an iconic group, we can't believe we've got them."

"More people actually come to the festival than live in Lytham itself!" he added.

Headliners at the Lancashire event have previously included Shania Twain, Lionel Richie, Justin Timberlake, Stevie Wonder, Sting and Kylie.
