Brothers charged with Christmas Day murder
West Midlands PoliceTwo brothers have been charged with murder, after a man was stabbed on Christmas Day.
Trey Johnson, 30, was discovered in Burcot Avenue in Wolverhampton just after 03:30 GMT and pronounced dead at the scene, West Midlands Police said.
Richard Beckles, 19, and Tiego Beckles, 20, both from Wolverhampton, have been charged with murder, wounding with intent and threatening someone with a bladed article in a public place, officers added.
They appeared at Wolverhampton Magistrates' Court on Friday and are due at the city's crown court on Monday.
