Motorcyclist dies after A45 crash

A motorcyclist has died after a crash, police have said.

Officers were called to reports of an incident involving a black Triumph motorcycle on the westbound carriageway of the A45 between Great Doddington and Earls Barton at 09:15 GMT on Sunday.

The rider who died was a 65-year-old man, Northamptonshire Police confirmed.

Officers are appealing for anyone who saw the crash or the rider, or anyone with dashcam footage, to come forward.
