Fares increase across Plymouth Citybus network

Fares increases have come in across a number of bus services serving Plymouth.

Plymouth Citybus said day tickets would increase by 50p, with weekly tickets and five day bundles increasing by £2, while there would be no change for some tickets including the four-week and 13-week tickets.

The firm said: "We have delayed an increase in fares for as long as possible, with our last increase taking place in January 2025.

"As costs continue to rise, we have taken steps to minimise any impact passed onto the passenger, including freezing fares where we can."

It added tickets allowing travel across all Plymouth Citybus and Go Cornwall Bus services will go up for just the second time in 7 years.
