'Significant fire' at recycling warehouse
Daren HeaumeFirefighters have dealt with what they called a "significant" blaze at a recycling warehouse.
Crews were called to Blackpole Recycling in Worcester at 02:00 BST on Wednesday.
David Whitehead, station commander for Hereford and Worcester Fire and Rescue Service, said: "The crews were quickly able to surround the fire and contain it within the building."
The fire was extinguished on Wednesday evening, but firefighters were due to remain there overnight as a precaution.
Mr Whitehead said "household rubbish" had made up part of the fire and crews used Blackpole Recycling machinery to ensure the blaze was fully extinguished.
A spokesperson for the fire service said some material was removed from the building and no casualties were reported.
