Fire crews tackle blaze at recycling facility
GoogleFirefighters have attended a blaze at a factory in Coventry.
They were called at about 11:30 BST on Sunday to Blackburn Road.
The fire involved "a large quantity of recycled material" the fire service said, adding that the facility was heavily smoke-logged.
Five fire engines, two 4x4 response vehicles and a hydraulic aerial platform attended the incident.
Firefighters used jets to extinguish the fire and on-site machinery was used to move materials outside the unit to be damped down.
There were no casualties reported.
