Police investigation after body found in Dumbarton marina

Police are investigating a body found in the water at a marina in Dumbarton on Thursday.

The discovery was made about 10:40 on Thursday in the water of the River Leven, at Sandport Marina.

The force said enquiries were currently ongoing to establish the circumstances of the death.

An ambulance and fire engine had been seen at the dock as the body was recovered.
