Police found a large quantity of Class A and B drugs at a house in Catterick

A man has been arrested after police found a large amount of Class A and B drugs at a house in North Yorkshire.

Officers forced entry into a house in Catterick village, where they also found a large quantity of illegal cigarettes, vaping products and a Honda off-road motorbike that was believed to have been stolen.

The investigation led to the arrest of a man in his 40s earlier, North Yorkshire Police said.

The man remained in custody, a force spokesperson added.
