Drone images show former M&S redevelopment site
Capital&CentricDrone images have shown what is left after demolition works for a town centre redevelopment project.
Work is ongoing at the old M&S and BHS site on Abington Street in Northampton, with developers calling it a "major milestone" in the project.
It will be developed into a new mixed-use building, with flats on the upper floors and retail and leisure units on the ground floor.
The site has been empty since M&S shut in 2018 and BHS in 2016.
John Moffat, joint managing director at developer Capital & Centric, said: "We're buzzing with how this is shaping up.
"You can finally see the size of the opportunity now the old buildings are down.
"We're looking forward to sharing some early thoughts on what this could become."
