Man and woman found dead at property

A man and a woman have been found dead at a property in Hampshire.

Police said they were called at shortly after 15:00 GMT on Sunday to an address in Pershore Road, Basingstoke.

A woman aged in her 30s was pronounced dead at the scene while the body of a man in his 50s was found inside the property.

Detectives said they believed the pair were known to each other and no other people were involved. The full circumstances are being investigated, they added.
