Pedestrian, 60, dies in collision with motorcycle

A pedestrian has died after being involved in a collision with a motorcycle.

Thames Valley Police said the incident took place at about 08:50 BST on Monday on the on the A417 Mably Way in Wantage, Oxfordshire.

A 60-year-old woman, from Wantage, died at the scene, whilst the motorcyclist remains in a serious condition in hospital, the force said.

No arrests have been made in connection with the incident.

Police also asked that anyone who may have witnessed the incident, or have dash-cam footage to get in contact.
