Driver in his 80s killed in crash with motorbike
BBCA man in his 80s has died following a collision involving a car and a motorbike.
Emergency services were called to the A419 on Watermoor Way in Cirencester, Gloucestershire, shortly before 14:40 GMT on Monday.
The driver of the Volkswagen Polo was treated by paramedics but later succumbed to his injuries. Gloucestershire Police said his next of kin had been informed.
The rider of the motorbike was assessed by paramedics and did not sustain any serious injuries.
Several roads were closed while a collision investigation took place and have since reopened.
Investigating officers have appealed for anyone who witnessed the collision or had any relevant dashcam footage to get in contact.
