Murder investigation after man fatally stabbed
Getty ImagesA murder investigation is under way after a man was fatally stabbed in Birmingham.
The victim died after he was found seriously injured at an address on Olton Boulevard East in the Acocks Green area of the city shortly before 14:00 GMT on Tuesday.
His family are being supported by specialist officers, West Midlands Police said, and forensic examinations are being carried out at the scene.
"Our investigation is at an early stage and officers are working at pace to establish the full circumstances around what happened," a force spokesperson added.
They said officers would be in the area to offer reassurance to the community and anyone who has any information about what happened should contact police.
