Two black and white cats who lost their home when their owner became ill are in need of a new family.

Kibbles and Nibbles are nine-year-old sisters and have lived together since kittenhood.

Cats Protection Wolverhampton have cared for the pair for more than six weeks but hoped the sisters would be taken in by a purr-fect family in time for Christmas.

It was possible for the cats to live apart despite the pair being siblings, Cats Protection added.

Kibbles enjoys human company and naps like most older cats, the charity said

Nibbles was still adjusting to her new circumstances but purrs contentedly next to people she trusts.

The charity described Kibbles as a confident, curious young lady once she feels settled while Nibbles enjoys a fuss.

Anyone interested in offering the pair a home should visit the Cats Protection Wolverhampton branch.
