Four arrested after woman stabbed in street
GoogleFour people have been arrested after a woman was stabbed in the street.
South Yorkshire Police were called to St. Luke's Road in Grimethorpe at about 23:50 GMT on Monday after the victim was found lying on the ground.
The force said the woman was taken to hospital for treatment but said her injuries were not "not believed to be life-threatening".
A police spokesperson said two men, aged 28 and 20, and two women, aged 28 and 21, have been arrested on suspicion of attempted murder in connection with the incident.
St. Luke's Road remains closed, near the junction with High Street and Queensway, with officers also present in Carlton Street in Grimethorpe carrying out further inquiries.
Officers investigating the incident have asked for anyone with footage, information, or who witnessed what happened to come forward.
