A teenager has denied murdering a man whose body was found in a South West marina.

Drew Perham had been reported missing after he failed to return home from a night out before the 24-year-old's body was discovered at King Point Marina in Plymouth, Devon, on 25 January.

Layton Randle, 19, of Oakfield Terrace Road, Plymouth, entered a not guilty plea to a murder charge at the city's crown court and has been remanded in custody ahead of a two-week trial in August.

Five other teenagers - four aged 17, 18 and 19 from Plymouth and a 19-year-old from Exmouth - have been arrested on suspicion of murder in connection with Perham's death. All have been bailed.
