Free electric-bike trials offered by council
R-evolutionThe public are being given the chance to try electric bikes in Hull.
Hull City Council is offering the trials on Monday as part of national Bike Week.
They say it's a good opportunity for those considering buying an e-bike, so they can "try before they buy".
Free bike-checks, cycle security marking and a range of bike-based activities will be available in Trinity Square outside Hull Minster on Monday from 11:00 to 15:00 BST

National Bike Week is organised by the charity Cycling UK and runs from 10-16 June.
Cycling UK said: "It’s a time to remind ourselves of all the positives that riding a bike can bring, both to our own health and wellbeing, as well as the wider impacts on our communities and the planet."
Councillor Mark Ieronimo from Hull City Council said the aim of the local Bike Week events was to "support residents in making informed choices on how they get about for leisure, for their daily commute and for short journeys”.
