Three teens arrested in alleyway murder probe

Three more men have been arrested on suspicion of murder after a man died in an alleyway.

Cleveland Police said the victim suffered injuries in a suspected assault in a passage between Dale Street and Arthur Terrace in New Marske on Friday.

On Saturday the force said it had arrested a 37-year-old man in connection with the death. It has since said it has arrested three 19-year-olds on suspicion of murder.

Detectives said the 37-year-old had been released on bail, while the three teenagers remain in police custody for questioning.
