West Yorkshire PoliceA man who "repeatedly harassed" a woman has been jailed for a number of offences.
Declan Marsden, 29, of Healey Lane in Batley, pleaded guilty to breaching a restraining order preventing him from contacting his victim and two offences of intimidating a witness.
He was also sentenced for two offences of stalking without fear, alarm or distress.
A judge at Leeds Crown Court sentenced him to 31 months in prison on Tuesday.
West Yorkshire Police said the offending took place between July and August 2025 and was reported to police, resulting in Marsden's arrest on 21 August.
He was charged and appeared before magistrates in Leeds the following day.
Det Con Chris Walker said: "Restraining orders are powerful tools to help authorities protect victims from intimidation and abuse and those who breach them should be under no illusions that we will prosecute them to the fullest extent of the law.
"Marsden repeatedly harassed his victim over the summer, and we welcome his sentencing for the offences he admitted committing against her."
