White and lilac poppies have returned to a field in south Shropshire.

The flowers have bloomed in Bromfield in a spot surrounding Ludlow Farmshop.

Billions of individual seeds were planted in May and will be harvested by September to be used in baking bread, the owners of the business said.

As part of the crop's life cycle, the colour of the flowers is expected to turn a deep purple.
