Councillor suspended over 'inappropriate' post
LCCA councillor has been suspended from the Labour group at Lancashire County Council over a "highly inappropriate" social media post.
Councillor Chris Snow, who represents Chorley Central, has had the whip removed pending an investigation.
The leader of the Labour group, Mark Clifford said Snow removed the post - details of which have not been revealed - "shortly after posting it and unreservedly apologised".
"We hold our councillors to the highest standards and will always take appropriate action where needed," Clifford said.
