Visitors banned from house over drugs and noise
PA MediaVisitors have been banned from entering a property in Cornwall after reports of anti-social behaviour, suspected drug use, drug dealing and significant noise disturbances.
Devon & Cornwall Police said local people reported large numbers of people, suspected of taking advantage of a vulnerable tenant, visiting the address in Wadebridge.
The three-month partial closure order was granted on Monday, making it an offence for anyone other than the named residents to enter the premises.
Insp Adam Stonehill said: "It was clear to see the impact that this behaviour was having on the wellbeing and livelihoods of local people."
Stonehill, who is head of the force's local neighbourhood team, said: "Nobody should be made to feel worried, intimidated or unsafe in the area they live, this includes local residents and tenants.
"We take all reports of anti-social behaviour and suspected exploitation seriously, if any behaviour in your community causes you to feel unsafe or concerned, please report it to us."
