Shaun Whitmore/BBCIpswich Central chair and Ipswich fan, Terry Baxter, said: "It's been a truly incredible season for Ipswich Town Football Club.
"The whole town and wider county can, and should be, rightly proud of everything that Kieran McKenna and his team has achieved.
"With the potential for back-to-back promotion firmly in our sights, the whole team really are showing a passion and drive that is inspirational."
Leicester were crowned champions on Monday, but just one point would see Ipswich join them in the Premier League - or they could face the dreaded play-offs.
Town kick-off against Huddersfield at Portman Road at 12:30 BST.
