Spectacularly positioned above the windswept coastline of the Pentland Firth, the Castle of Mey was built in 1573. It was a favorite residence of The Queen Mother and chef Raymond Blanc learns of King Charles attempts to continue his grandmother’s gardening legacy. He also marvels at the fruits grown in this part of Scotland and cooks a delicious dish of barbecued langoustine with paprika butter.
