February 2019: the Hong Kong government proposes a law allowing suspects to be extradited to China. It sparks a wave of anger as people fear Hong Kong's autonomy from mainland China is threatened. This is the story of four young Hongkongers who join the mass protests. Increasingly disillusioned by the government's response, they are drawn into a cycle of violence that may tear the city apart.
